This company's hiring process is exploitative and lacks transparency. They require candidates to complete lengthy tests but then reject them without providing scores or feedback. After initially being told I wasn't suitable despite believing I performed well on the test, they contacted me two weeks later to say I was approved, only to send another test. It's best to avoid this company if possible. Despite having many recruiters, they've been unable to fill an 'Urgent' position in two months.
