Associate
The interview process was pretty straightforward and flowed well. It started with just applying online, then I had a quick phone chat with HR about my background and the job. After that, there was a technical interview to go over my skills and how they fit the role. The last part was a panel interview with some of the senior folks on the team, and they asked me a bunch of situational and behavioral questions. Took about two weeks in total, and they kept me in the loop the whole time. The interviewers were nice and made me feel pretty relaxed.
- Describe how you would manage a situation where you had a conflict with a coworker on a project.
Senior Associate
I appeared for the company through campus. The panel had one member. They asked some basic HR questions, and then questions related to the medical field, like the names of diseases, their descriptions, treatment methods, and diagnostic methods. Some of my friends were asked more detailed questions, like the names of medicines used for particular diseases.
- If offered a core job in biotech, would you consider switching?
- Are you planning to pursue higher studies?
- Can you list five eye-related diseases and elaborate on them?
Associate
The first round was technical and one could clearly pass that test if they had an idea about diseases. The management round also includes all technical questions. The final round was weird because in the description it was written clearly it was management but later they asked all about medical terminologies and diseases and nothing related to the company.
- Can you describe Stroke?
- What are medical terminologies like the brachial plexus?
