Straight forward lovely nice. They wanted an insightful analysis of forecasting. It was a panel interview over multiple days. There was a presentation with feedback. It involved scenario planning & analytical review leading to a decision being made.

I applied online on their website and had to fill out a questionnaire. A few days later, I got an email asking for my availability for a phone interview. I scheduled it for the next week, but they didn't call at the scheduled time. They mentioned their calling hours were 11-12 am and 1-3 pm, but they called me at 4:30 pm. During the call, they asked me some phone screening questions. After the questions, they said they'd contact me in a few weeks if they were moving forward with my application.

I sent in my application online. An outside recruiting agency did an initial phone screen. Then I had an in-person interview with the Executive Vice President and the Director of Operations at the local airport. The whole thing took about 2 weeks. After the in-person interview, I never heard back from the company or the recruiter, even though I sent many emails.

The interview was pretty straightforward. The most time-consuming part of the hiring process was actually getting the airport badge and going through security checks with the airport. But the actual interview itself was mostly general questions about why I wanted to work there, specifically at InMotion.
