Software Engineer
I was given a take-home project by InMoment. The next round involved discussing that same project and answering some technical questions. They were mainly interested in my engineering mindset – specifically, if I asked clarifying questions and sought better solutions. They also wanted to see if I considered the user's perspective.
- How could the application be improved for speed?
- How can we make the application faster?
Senior Software Developer
I had 2 interviews for the Senior Software Developer role. Both interviews were technical in nature. During one of the interviews, I was asked to present a project I had worked on and describe its features in detail. The interviewers then asked me technical questions about the project to assess my knowledge depth.
- Can you present a project you've worked on?
- Describe all the features of the project you presented.
- What are your technical insights into the project you presented?
