The interview process was really great and super organized. They communicated clearly and on time, so I always knew what was coming next. The interviewers were good at their jobs, knew a lot, and made me feel comfortable enough to have a good talk. They asked smart questions and gave me a real feel for what it's like to work there and what the job involves. Overall, it was a good experience, and I felt like they treated me well the whole time.

First, you do a 40 min to 1 hour computer assessment and some paperwork. Then, a recruiter, manager, or supervisor interviews you one-on-one. They test you with practice calls and a barrage of questions, some irrelevant to the job. Your questions differ based on your demeanor, and they are very critical. It feels like a test to see if you'll walk out. The pay ($8-10/hr) doesn't match the interview process, which takes nearly two hours and feels like a waste of time. It's more for people who need a last-minute job or are fresh out of high school, not a career.

It was a really long test, took about an hour and a half to two hours, covering vocabulary, sentence structure, grammar, customer service stuff, and some math. The test itself was easy though. After that, there was an interview. For me, I got hired the same day, which happened both times I went through it.
