The interview process was really great and super organized. They communicated clearly and on time, so I always knew what was coming next. The interviewers were good at their jobs, knew a lot, and made me feel comfortable enough to have a good talk. They asked smart questions and gave me a real feel for what it's like to work there and what the job involves. Overall, it was a good experience, and I felt like they treated me well the whole time.

I went through six interviews for this role. It started with a virtual phone screen and a followup assessment, which I felt I did well on. Then I had an interview with the IT manager. Even though I don't have a degree, I explained I could learn the duties quickly with onboarding. The 3rd interview was with the IT Director and had some technical questions, which I think went well. Next was an interview with the CTO, where I felt I presented myself well and stood out. After that, I had an onsite visit with the site manager. During the onsite, I asked about projects and opportunities, showing my strong interest. The final interview was with the CEO a week later, focusing on general career assessment. I thought I showed I was a good fit. A week after that, I found out I didn't get an offer. I feel I could have done the job if shown the ropes. I'm not sure why I didn't get it, maybe because I asked for the top of the posted salary range. If it was technical, they wasted my time and gas money when I could have applied elsewhere. Don't apply for an IT job here.

They make you go through three interviews and the last one is the one that counts. The process was very easy in the beginning with the two interviewers they was very nice and friendly but when that white lady decides you not in hired you out of luck. I never got a courtesy email that said that I didn't get the Job! Very unprofessional and not structured well. They need to change the way they do things horrible experience!!Especially for the Miramar location. White lady is not nice. The one that does the last interview she a joke. Be careful when you apply for them. Good thing I got a job now that hired me that's paying me more than measly 17 an hour.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview started with an initial call from HR to gauge fit and administer some assessments. After passing that, I had a second interview with the site director, who was knowledgeable and explained the role well. I was then invited for a third interview with the VP. The office itself is in a nice building with security, but the dress code seemed lax. I also noticed a lot of gossip happening in the waiting area, even from someone who seemed to be a manager. The interview with the VP involved typical mid-level management questions, but also some very unprofessional and personal questions like 'Are you married?' and 'Do you have children?'. I was then asked to email him about my value to the company and how I'd manage employees. He mentioned a final interview with the CEO, but I decided to withdraw from the process due to the unprofessional questions, informing HR that they could be seen as discriminatory. I was surprised by the lack of professionalism from the senior leader and the overall office vibe.
