I got to a point where I had to do a 2-hour timed task. I completed and sent everything within the time limit, but then the recruiter just disappeared. After a month of no response, I sent a polite email asking for an update, but still nothing. I'm okay if I didn't get the job because of the task, but after going through a long application and doing the task, I at least expected some communication about not moving forward.

I first spoke with a recruiter and a Group Director back in July 2024, but the role was then put on hold. When it came back around in December 2024, I reapplied and had to deal with a different recruiter, who actually canceled our meeting. We rescheduled, and then I got to talk to a VP/Group Director. It seemed to go alright, but I heard nothing back after following up twice. The whole thing was pretty disorganized, and it was a bummer to get ghosted in the end.
