First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Inizio.
Medical Writer
The interview process started with an online assessment, followed by a screening call with competency questions. The final stage was an assessment centre at Macclesfield, which included a written assessment, an interview focusing on motivation and using the STAR method for questions, and a team assessment. Overall, the process was quite quick, and they provided feedback at the end.
- Can you share an instance where you encountered difficulties?
- Questions about your motivation for the role
- Behavioral questions using the STAR method
Medical Information Specialist
Had a casual chat about the job, then a more official interview the next day. Both talks felt good. In the first one, we went over what the job is about, what the company wants, and if my experience matches. It was chill and open, setting a good vibe for the next interview. The second interview was more planned but still nice. The interviewers were easy to talk to and I felt comfortable. We looked at my resume, what I've done before, and how I handle tasks for this job. I also got to ask questions, which helped me understand the team and what's expected. Left feeling good about the company and the team.
- What makes you want to join inizio?
Senior Account Executive
I first spoke with a recruiter and a Group Director back in July 2024, but the role was then put on hold. When it came back around in December 2024, I reapplied and had to deal with a different recruiter, who actually canceled our meeting. We rescheduled, and then I got to talk to a VP/Group Director. It seemed to go alright, but I heard nothing back after following up twice. The whole thing was pretty disorganized, and it was a bummer to get ghosted in the end.
- How do you manage a challenging client?
- What makes you interested in the pharmaceutical industry?
Principal Consultant
Started with a recruiter chat, who was really nice and made the company sound great, especially since I was headhunted. Then I talked to the MD, also super friendly, and they answered all my questions well. The next step, which took about two weeks to set up, was with the Global Managing Partner. This involved a 'client business challenge' task, and I had to present my findings in a few PPT slides. I had to explain my thought process during the interview and they questioned a couple of things. It was hard to tell how it went, they seemed nice but were pretty vague. Unfortunately, after more than a week's wait, I heard I wouldn't be moving on to a fourth stage.
- What sort of position are you seeking?
- Tell me about your experience in managing and growing teams.
- Can you explain the logic and reasoning for your response to the task?
