First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Infotree Global Solutions.
Talent Acquisition
The interview process was polite and straightforward. It focused mostly on basic skills and communication, with no technical pressure. Overall, it was a smooth, comfortable, and positive experience. It was a good interview experience because it finished in under 30 minutes.
- They asked me general things like where I live.
Technical Recruiter
I applied online and went through a screening and then a final interview with the Hiring Manager. The whole process took only 2 days and I got an offer. When I asked for one day to consider it, they sent a rejection email and didn't reply anymore.
- Tell me about your overall experience as a Recruiter and in Consulting.
Recruiter
The interview process was strange and lacked sufficient details about the position. The recruiter's initial demeanor was quite unpleasant and uninviting. Despite the briefness of the process, feedback was delivered promptly. While the recruiter from Argentina was initially very pleasant when extending the offer, she became unhelpful and curt when responding to subsequent questions. The role is in IT, but the company itself is not an IT firm and offers no benefits beyond salary. A significant emphasis was placed on the possibility of termination if objectives were not met, and inquiries about Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) were met with silence, creating considerable ambiguity about accepting the role. The process concluded with a curt, demanding message from the manager insisting on an immediate acceptance within an hour, or the offer would be rescinded. I strongly advise against pursuing this opportunity due to the prevailing sense of uncertainty it fosters.
- Can you explain the distinctions between a Data Science role and a Data Engineer role?
- Do you believe you can achieve the objectives set for this position?
- Are you open to relocating to a location that might not offer long-term stability?
