Behavioral Technical

The interview process was strange and lacked sufficient details about the position. The recruiter's initial demeanor was quite unpleasant and uninviting. Despite the briefness of the process, feedback was delivered promptly. While the recruiter from Argentina was initially very pleasant when extending the offer, she became unhelpful and curt when responding to subsequent questions. The role is in IT, but the company itself is not an IT firm and offers no benefits beyond salary. A significant emphasis was placed on the possibility of termination if objectives were not met, and inquiries about Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) were met with silence, creating considerable ambiguity about accepting the role. The process concluded with a curt, demanding message from the manager insisting on an immediate acceptance within an hour, or the offer would be rescinded. I strongly advise against pursuing this opportunity due to the prevailing sense of uncertainty it fosters.

It was a videocall where I was asked about twenty to thirty technical python questions. These covered design patterns, built-in functions and classes, how to solve an automation solution with python, and how to troubleshoot python code.

Technical Behavioral

I had two rounds of interviews, each lasting about 45 minutes. The first was a technical interview, and the second was behavioral where I was asked for examples. The interview experience was okay, but the company seemed unprofessional in how they handled things.

Since I've worked in content writing for a while, the interview wasn't too tough. There were four rounds in total, and none of them were particularly challenging. The recruiters were helpful in giving me a heads-up on what to expect, which boosted my confidence.
