First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Infosys BPM.
Senior Associate Consultant
So, there were 3 interviews total, all about the business and tech stuff. Lots of "what if" questions. The first one was pretty basic, just general questions about the industry. The second one got more intense, covering deeper knowledge, technical terms, and how things are architected. The last one was the HR part.
- Tell me about the payments domain, including the various message types and their associated tags.
Associate Consultant
The whole interview thing was like 3 rounds, one HR and then two technical ones. I passed the HR round, which was super short, like 2 minutes. But then I didn't hear back for a month and a half. Eventually, they told me someone else got the job.
- Could you introduce yourself and tell me about your internship experiences?
Associate Consultant
It was a 3 round process. The first round was technical, where they asked in-depth about my projects, so good working experience is needed to answer them. The second round was also technical but more managerial, covering Jira planning and being a team player. The third round was with HR, discussing salary, work location, and the process for uploading documents.
- Can you describe your experience with Putty in Spring Boot?
- Could you explain Profiling?
- How do you integrate REST APIs with Postman?
