Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Infosys BPM.
Customer Service Representative
First, there was an assessment with 25 aptitude questions, followed by 20 verbal ability questions. Then, I had to write an email and take a foreign accent test. After the test, there was an interview where they asked general questions about my background and experience, and also about my flexibility with rotational shifts.

Customer Service Representative
This was the worst interview experience ever. I applied for a CSR role, but the final interview was completely different. The interviewer fixated on why I left my last job, implying there was more to it than just career development. They tried to paint me as a bad employee by twisting everything I said. I explained I was seeking career growth, skill development, and to step outside my comfort zone, but the interviewer kept insisting there was another reason I left my previous company. Honestly, I was just looking for a better management team, but this interview revealed what kind of management this company has. The interview was rescheduled at the last minute, and the interviewer was consistently rude and sarcastic, focusing only on my past employment instead of my actual experience.
- What was the reason for leaving your last position?
Customer Service Representative
It's a standard phone interview. If you do your research and can show you're good with technology and talking on the phone, you've got a good shot. It's not the greatest company, but it's a solid entry-level gig. It's rewarding if you can stick with it and put in the effort, even though the pay per hour stays pretty low.
- What makes you the best person for this job?
