Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Infosys BPM.
Business Analyst
First, there was an aptitude test with questions that were moderately to difficult in terms of Finance. Then, there were two rounds of interviews. The first interview was with the Operations team, and the second was with HR. If needed, there might be one more HR round.
- What are your career aspirations for the next three years?
Business Analyst
The company is good with a nice work structure and a peaceful environment. The team and HRs are great. They gave ample time for the interview and provided feedback, which was appreciated. Overall, it's a good place to work.
- Can you share details about your experience?
- What do you consider your strengths to be?
- What are your weaknesses?
Business Analyst
The walk-in was supposed to start at 9:30 a.m. but it actually kicked off around 11:00 a.m. Everyone had to write their skills, notice period, and expected CTC on their CV. I haven't seen any MNCs do this before, asking for expected CTC on the CV. It felt like the expected CTC was the main way they were filtering people, not really the candidate's experience.
- Could you describe your experience in life insurance?
- Can you explain what Non-Forfeiture options are?
- What exactly is reinsurance?
