It was quite simple. They asked basic questions, and then there was an HR round. Don't expect a high salary though, as it's BPO. The process is straightforward, but it will take time to get the offer.

Technical Behavioral

The interview process included a telephonic round that consisted of a technical interview and an HR interview. The telephonic round also had some verification checks for the project requirements. The technical interview covered topics like OS, Database, Programming language, and your specialization if any. The introduction part is about 10 min max and is a key driving factor for the remaining time. The hands-on technical round involves basic language (C, python etc) & programs (Fibonacci series, sorting etc). Database questions (SQL) are asked if mentioned in the resume. OS questions (Windows/Linux) are asked if mentioned. Projects are important, and learning the process is a driving factor for selection. There will also be questions like 'Why we hire you' / 'Strength & Weakness'.
