Had a screening call with the talent acquisition manager. Then, there were four interviews back-to-back, face-to-face, lasting about 3 hours. The questions were pretty much the same throughout, which made me think it could have been a better experience for everyone if it was shorter. I got the impression the work is really interesting, but the team seems to be under a lot of stress. When I asked about this and company culture, the answers felt a bit evasive. Surprisingly, after waiting five weeks with no update, I had to reach out to the talent acquisition manager for feedback and a decision. They did get back to me pretty quickly then.
