Customer Service Representative
I applied online and got an email right away to call to set up an interview. The next day I called and the lady on the phone asked me a few questions, which felt like a mini interview. She then told me I'd have another interview and should have something to read ready. We scheduled a phone interview for the next day. The interviewer was 2 minutes late but really nice and made me feel comfortable. She went over company and job details, making sure I understood everything and asking if I had questions. The interview lasted about 10 minutes and was pretty easy!
- Are you a determined person?
- Why do you think we should hire you?
- What are three distractions you experience at home?

When I got to the interview, I was in the reception area and had to fill out some forms. Then, I had to use a computer to complete more tasks. While doing this, I could hear the receptionist talking about her personal health issues and her thoughts on another employee. The person who interviewed me was nice, but the pay was too low, only minimum wage unless I worked late, and the hours in general weren't feasible for me.
- Tell me about your experience and why you want to work here.
- What are your thoughts on the company?
- Do you think the company is hiring a lot of people?
Customer Service Representative
I saw the job opening online and called the hotline. A friendly person scheduled me for an interview the next day. I got there a bit early and was greeted nicely. While I was looking over some papers, someone came out dressed as a Star Wars character because it was character dress-up day, which seemed fun. The interview gave me a clear idea of the job. The HR person called me back in 2-3 days to see if I was still interested in starting.
- What drives your success?
