Customer Service Representative
The process was really quick and simple. It involved completing an assessment to demonstrate your customer service abilities. It primarily consisted of scenario-based questions about managing interactions with customers and deciding how to act in specific customer-related circumstances. During the assessment, you're given advice on how to correctly manage certain scenarios if you happen to get a question wrong.
- What's your approach to handling a situation involving an upset customer?

It was a pretty easy interview process. I start this week and they did a tech check. Right now I'm waiting for training to begin, and I'm really hoping for the best. I've seen some good and some bad reviews online, but I think every job is really what you make of it. I'm looking to build a career here.
- How did you find out about us?
At Home Worker
The interview process was long and they don't tell you about the low pay of $8.35 per hour until the last call. They are rude and treat you like you are a nuisance. They expect you to have a computer with a headset and high-speed internet and a landline. You need a clean record. They set a rude tone from the start, so you know what to expect.
- Can you read 7 to 10 sentences from a book?
- Do you have any criminal convictions in your background?
- What makes you think you'd be a good fit for this job?

I applied online and they messaged me back fast to set up a phone interview. The first phone interview was basically the basics, and the interviewer seemed interested that I speak conversational Spanish, have customer service skills, have worked remotely, and currently work in the retail wellness industry. They also went over what was expected for the in-home, remote employee job and told me to wait for more instructions for a second phone interview. About a week later, I was contacted to set up a second phone interview and was told to be ready to read over the phone. I did that and then about another week later, I got my rejection email! I guess they did not like my reading style!
- Could you please read something aloud over the phone for us?
- Do you have Spanish reading and speaking skills?
- Do you possess customer service skills?
