HR will call you from platforms like Naukri.com to gather info on your past experience. They'll set up a telephonic/skype interview at a time that works for you. Then, you'll be called for a final round in Tiruvandrum, Kerala. After the final round, they become unresponsive, and you won't get confirmation on selection or rejection. They initially said you were on hold, then disappeared. The final round is a panel of 3, where one person, who calls himself the team lead, only points out negatives from your resume, suggesting they didn't review your profile before calling you to their city. It felt like a total waste of time and money for the final round.

It was a 3 round interview process, and I passed the second round which was a technical discussion. Then I went to their office for a face-to-face round. I'm not sure what they were looking for, because I'm technically very strong, and I even got an offer from another reputed MNC for a permanent position, unlike the contract job this company offered. The questions asked were basic and didn't require any preparation. I didn't hear back from them after the interview, which was not very professional.

I went through a series of 4 interviews with team members and then the Director of Support in EMEA. The communication was very professional and transparent. I always felt respected and treated equally. It was a series of 4 interviews of different types, and there was also a background check to confirm my past work experience.
