Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Infoblox.
Solutions Architect
I had a few interviews: first, a recruiter call to see if I was motivated and learn about the company, then an interview with the team manager, followed by a technical interview. After that, I had a panel interview where I had to present a case study. There were also two reference checks and a logic test.
- Do you employ a sales methodology?
Solutions Architect
The interview process was pretty straightforward. It involved 3 rounds plus a mandatory test. Overall, the interview process was clear. The offer was lower than the market rate and didn't have much room for negotiation.
- Can you tell me about a solution you designed for a customer?
Solutions Architect
So we had about 5 rounds of interviews, some were in person and some were remote. I met with the hiring manager, some of the people I'd be working with, HR, and even a VP. They also had me do some aptitude and personality tests as part of the process.
- Why did you leave your last job?
