First round was a phone call with the recruiting manager to go over basic info. Then, the second and third rounds were video interviews with the Department Head and a Tech colleague, respectively. These last two interviews were really helpful for understanding the role's responsibilities and the company's services. There might be more rounds after these.

The team was fantastic throughout the entire process. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and quick to respond. They even sped things up to finish in under two weeks since I had a deadline. There was an initial recruiter call, followed by two hour-long interviews. All interactions felt very conversational, focusing on understanding my thought process and motivations for wanting the role.

So, the interview process involved questions about Python basics and a bit of DBMS. They asked basic questions about functions and arrays. The level seemed medium. Knowing Java and JavaScript is a plus since companies often use those.
