So the interview process was pretty long. First, I had a chat with the Recruitment manager about what they expected and my experience. If that went well, I had an interview with the Hiring manager who really dug into my experience for this specific role. After that, I interviewed with the VP of EMEA, where they tested me on Infoblox's products. The last interview was with the CRO equivalent. There was also a cognitive test I had to take and pass. All in all, it's a lengthy and thorough interview process.

The interview process was pretty standard for HR/recruiting. Overall, the process was average and I'd recommend the chat if you're interested in Infoblox technology. Be articulate and to the point with your answers.

First, I had a mobile call with the Recruitment lead. We talked about what I knew about the company and its products, my past roles and duties, and my salary expectations. The second interview was with the hiring manager. This call was about understanding my previous duties, experience, and how I'd approach growing a greenfield territory. Then, I interviewed with the Head of Region. This part focused on my grasp of the solutions, how I'd bring value to the company, and my strategy for building a sales pipeline. The final stage was with the Head of Sales, and that interview was pretty much the same as the third one.
