Customer Service Representative
The interview process was smooth and well-structured. Before the interviews, I was given a case study to complete via email. After that, I went through three rounds of interviews. The interviewer was very professional and friendly, which made the conversation comfortable and engaging. Overall, it was a positive experience.
- Could you tell me about your major?
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- What motivates you to want to work here?
Customer Service Agent
The hiring process was very long and didn't offer much in return. It involved an online test, two interviews, a week of unpaid training, and then another test. They claimed passing the final test after training guaranteed a job, but this wasn't true. After all that, they asked for two professional references and then placed me on a waiting list for over six months. The offered pay is also too low for the extensive work hours and lacks any benefits. I started a new job in May and still get emails about the waiting list. It was a complete waste of time.
- What are your long-term career aspirations?
Customer Service Associate
The interview process was friendly and the information provided was very clear, particularly regarding the recruitment stages and working hours. It started with the application, followed by a test, then interview 1, interview 2, and finally an apprenticeship program. The working hours are flexible and adjusted based on client needs.
- Can you introduce yourself and share your experiences?
- What are your hobbies?
