Customer Service Representative
The interview process was smooth and well-structured. Before the interviews, I was given a case study to complete via email. After that, I went through three rounds of interviews. The interviewer was very professional and friendly, which made the conversation comfortable and engaging. Overall, it was a positive experience.

PHP Developer
Had a quick initial phone screening asking about my github, open source work, and experience with high traffic systems. Got invited for an in-person interview the very next day. The interview was pretty casual, chatted for a bit, and they showed me around the office. Back in the conference room, they started asking tougher questions, including a whiteboard exercise where I had to design a database while they kept changing the data requirements. Received an email about 3 days later saying they enjoyed meeting me but went with another candidate. They were curious about my general interests and how I'd handle specific technical issues like high traffic Apache errors. The office environment seemed really cool, with lots of art and a young, energetic vibe.
- Could you design a database while requirements were dynamically altered, without schema changes?
Media Buyer
I applied for the Media Buyer role and got a referral. HR reached out via email about two days later to set up a phone interview. The call was with my future manager and the HR director. Within 24 hours, they invited me for an onsite interview with three business department heads. After meeting with them, I got a tour and met the team I'd potentially join. The final step was a Skype call with a CEO to discuss the role and my thoughts, and I got the offer then. The CEO couldn't be there in person when I visited.
- What would your friends describe you as?
