First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Infinite Energy.
Customer Service Agent
The whole process was pretty fast. You'll do a panel interview and a quick test for typing and chat skills. Also, a fake customer care call where they see how you respond based on rules and policies given beforehand. If you pass all that, you get the job.
- Could you tell me about your strengths?
- What about your weaknesses?
- What makes you want to take on this role?
Customer Service Representative
I first heard about Infinite Energy at the UF fall career fair and applied there for the Customer Service Bilingual Rep I job. Pretty soon after, I got a call about an interview. I filled out some initial forms about my background and work history, and then did some computer skills tests.
- If a customer requests a credit beyond your authorized limit, no one else is available to help, and the customer says they will leave if they don't get the credit, how would you handle it?
Customer Service Representative
I submitted my resume via the University of Florida's Career Resource center when I was a student there. Vicki from HR then contacted me to schedule an interview. I set it up and then interviewed with two top management employees.
- Can you tell me about your past experience?
- What would you do if you witnessed senior management acting against the company's best interests?
