Behavioral Presentation

The interview felt really welcoming. I met with the company president, and it was great to see his passion and ambition. He explained the company's objectives and the strategies they're using to achieve them. I had the opportunity to share about myself and then assess if the company was a good fit for me. The whole conversation lasted about 10-15 minutes. The receptionist was also really friendly and funny, which made the experience enjoyable.

It was 2 parts. First, a 15 minute call with the Hiring Manager where we talked about my resume, my background and what I'm looking for. Then, a 45 minute interview with a top account executive about marketing and career development. The people in the office were friendly and professional, which is what I was looking for. Everyone was smiling. By the end of my second interview, I was super excited and really looking forward to starting the position.

They bring you in for two interviews. They avoid the term "door-to-door" sales. Standard questions; nothing you haven't heard in other interviews. My advice is: just don't work here. You want to do door-to-door sales for only low 20k a year? Get another job.
