I had a brief phone call for my interview, and then 4 days later I had a face-to-face interview. They were punctual with their scheduling. The office itself is open-plan with no company logo at the headquarters, and the staff wasn't very welcoming when I arrived for my interview.

There were two rounds of interviews. The first was pretty short, around 20 minutes. They asked basic questions like why I wanted to work there, about my resume, and my career goals. After getting a callback, I went back a few days later. This second time felt more like they were explaining how the company operates and the internship details, rather than a strict interview. It was longer, about an hour. Everyone was really friendly and the environment was pleasant. However, they mentioned that pay was commission-only, and I noticed they were interviewing other candidates for similar roles during both visits.

Hiring and interview process was quick and easy. The human resource manager was extremely nice and so are the people in the office. The first interview was easy but it took them forever to interview me. Parking sucks! They building looked a little sketchy. The second interview was a shadow process and the top account manager just placed me in the car with him and we drove 45 minutes away to his territory. From that point I knew it wouldn't be a good idea.

It was 2 parts. First, a 15 minute call with the Hiring Manager where we talked about my resume, my background and what I'm looking for. Then, a 45 minute interview with a top account executive about marketing and career development. The people in the office were friendly and professional, which is what I was looking for. Everyone was smiling. By the end of my second interview, I was super excited and really looking forward to starting the position.
