So, after a quick call with the recruiter, I had a short HR interview with the recruiting officer and a team lead. It was pretty standard for a first interview. Then, I got a positive response, and they invited me to the office for another interview. We started with a tour, and the interview focused on my work style, past project experience, and some technical knowledge. They also asked for two recommendation letters. No coding test, thankfully. After that, it was radio silence for about 4 months while they apparently waited for approvals to send an offer. Still no word.

My interview process started with CV selection, followed by a phone screen. The phone screen involved questions on data structures like Graphs and Arrays, and I had to write and explain code for them. Next, I had in-person interviews in Bangalore. The first technical interview focused on parenthesis matching and array questions. The second technical interview covered tree concepts and Java core concepts. Then, I had a discussion with the hiring manager about my past projects. After that, they offered lunch and mentioned an HR discussion would follow, with HR calling me later. The HR discussion included questions about my previous work, reasons for leaving, other offers, and salary. The HR then told me the technical feedback was positive and they would initiate the offer process, which could take one week to one month. It's been 3 months since then, and they're now saying it might take a long time and asking if I have other offers. This recruitment process hasn't been very professional.
