The interview process was pretty straightforward. Just make sure you're really solid on everything listed on your resume. They asked basic questions about things like setup/hold time, flip flops, and timing analysis. Depending on your experience and how much you know, the questions can get a bit tougher.

I applied through the career fair and got a call back. The first contact was an HR phone interview. After that, I had a more technical phone interview with my potential manager. A week later, I was invited for an on-site. The on-site started with a 45-minute technical presentation, then 10 one-on-one interviews happened throughout the day. I was offered the job a couple of days later. The work is interesting and challenging, and the team is dedicated. The company is also green- and health-conscious, providing reusable resources and an on-site gym.

Technical Presentation

I got this job through an employee referral. First, there was a basic screening telephonic interview. After that, I was invited for a face-to-face interview where I had to give a short presentation on my previous work highlights. When I got there on the interview day, they explained the whole process. I gave my presentation, and then I had about 4-5 one-on-one interviews with different people. The interviewers were mostly really nice, and it seemed like they knew exactly what they were looking for. They were super professional, and nobody asked the same question twice. I was really impressed by how they handled the interviews.
