I went through 3 interviews for this role. The first two were positive, focusing on how they could make the role appealing to me given my experience, as they were targeting new grads. They asked about my past experiences and their relevance to the job. The third interviewer seemed unsure about the position he was interviewing for. Towards the end, he concluded by saying I lacked knowledge in a certain area, but I corrected him twice, explaining my testing capabilities and providing a relevant test strategy example. It felt like he wasn't listening to me at all. It seemed like they had already decided on a candidate and were just looking for reasons not to hire me. He didn't allow me time for questions and didn't offer any follow-up.

It was a job for formal verification. The interaction wasn't great. The interviewer seemed uninterested in assessing my knowledge. I had previous experience in formal verification, and I discussed my past projects in FPV. He kept circling back to the same subjects and only asked about 3-4 questions.
