First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Infarm.
Nursery Grower
I applied online for a production worker position. I then had an initial video chat with HR, which was really easy and nice. After that, I talked with the production manager. They decided to offer me the nursery grower job because my abilities were a better fit for it. The whole thing was super fast, and I got an offer in less than a week.

Senior Software Engineer
The whole process had 3 steps before the offer discussion. First, a recruiter call over the phone. Then, an engineering manager interview using google meet. After that, a live coding interview also on google meet, followed by a live system design interview on google meet. Finally, an offer discussion via google meet.

VP Talent Acquisition
My first interview was with the VP of People which went well, 2nd interview was with a People Director in DE, 3rd interview was with an HR representative in the US. I had a call with the VP of People to discuss the final steps and was told there was also another candidate in the process and that I should hear in 2 weeks, its not been 4 weeks and haven't heard anything. I sent 2 follow up emails and still nothing back. Overall the candidate experience has been absolutely shocking and would not recommend anyone to work at infarm
- Can you describe your previous work history?
Expansion Manager
Had 3 interviews. First one was with the hiring manager, it was quick, easy, and friendly. I was told right away that I was moving on. The second interview was with the field operations manager, who's been there forever. He talked about how the expansion manager and field operations manager work together, and how the company has grown and changed since the start. It was friendly and went for about 45 minutes. The third interview was with the senior expansion manager and another senior account manager, lasting 30 minutes. They mostly asked about my experience with expansion projects or budgeting. I was warned about potential weekend and night work due to the heavy workload. They really seemed to focus on needing budgeting and operations skills right off the bat, and weren't open to training someone for those skills on the job, likely because of the fast pace and high workload. This was a bit disappointing since it wasn't for a senior role. The whole process was very responsive and fast. The people seem like a young, fun, and passionate group.
- Can you share an example of a successful project you managed?
