It was an 8 hour day with multiple groups rotating through different sections. One section was a verbal interview. Another section was a hands-on demo related to my field. We also did a plant tour. After that, the company made their decisions.

After applying online, I was invited to the site for an interview four weeks later. I met with the hiring manager and the person I would be working with. I also toured the building and sat down with two other team members. We talked about my education and experience. The people were easygoing and laid back.
