It began with a call from HR. After that, I had an informal chat with the head of R&D. Then, I was invited for a final in-person interview. The whole thing felt pretty standard, and they were quick to schedule everything. It took about two weeks for them to make a final decision. I had to chase them up because nobody told me what the outcome was.

It was a friendly interview with general competency questions. The role turned out to be for a graduate scheme starting in September, which wasn't clear from the advert. They asked about four or five questions, starting with introducing myself.
