I got invited for an onsite interview after they found my profile on the university job board. The whole thing, including a tour of the plant, took about 3 to 4 hours. I first spoke with the hiring manager, and then I met with two senior engineers. Most of the questions were behavioral, along with some standard interview questions. I heard back from them about a week later with feedback.
