The whole process took nearly 2 months which was too long. After application, the recruiter called me to discuss my reasoning for application which was 30 mins. A week later, I was invited for a video interview and I had to make a presentation based on questions they set about the job role. The communication for this stage took a month and the recruiter was poor at responding. They kept moving the dates which was difficult for me to manage with work. At the interview, they asked other behavioural questions too. It then took another 2 weeks for them to respond about the outcome. It was a negative experience for me because it was a lot of time and effort invested from my side making the presentation and preparing well but overall made to feel like my time didn’t matter to them.

So, first there was this online personality test thing that happened like a week before the actual interview. Then I had an individual chat with HR, which was pretty standard. After that, it got a bit wild with a cross-functional panel interview and then an off-site group interview. The panel interview was kind of unexpected in how it was formatted, and they really zeroed in on the personality test results. I even ended up in a bit of a challenging exchange with the lead interviewer. It was interesting because during the panel, you could tell there were some different ideas about certain topics among the interviewers. One person on the panel was mostly just watching the whole time.

I applied online through their website's Careers section. A video meeting was scheduled by an HR contractor who performed the initial screening. After passing that, I had another video meeting with the hiring manager. This went well, so I proceeded to a video meeting with a senior manager. A small work assignment was given to me to present.
