So, I had two interview rounds. The first one was with two managers who were heading the biggest teams in the India office, covering South Asia. Now, they've both become directors and expanded the business a lot, even going 24/7 with night shifts. The company also hires language experts for different regions, like Arabic, French, German, and Dutch.

It was laid back, comfortable, and I learned a lot. I was working at a restaurant at the time and was told by Ed Lewis to come in with what I had on, they didn't mind. I would suggest of course that you were nice attire for a job interview, but they saw me as a person, and they saw the potential in me. Of course, there were the required interview questions and etc. but it was really pleasant. They asked me about my goals and informed me about how IIR could help me reach those goals.

Behavioral Presentation

Had a phone interview and then a face-to-face. The face-to-face pretty much means you got the job. Make sure you can say the same things you said on the phone during the face-to-face. They were super nice and kept things light, so just be yourself. They'll present a project they're working on and you'll need to explain how you could help or talk about your past experience that makes you a good fit.
