Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Industrial Bank.
Graduate Trainee
The interview process was disrespectful, rude, immoral, and unpunctual, a complete waste of time. I waited for over 3 hours to meet the panel. I definitely do not recommend this company and hope they reflect on their behavior.
- What was your college entrance exam grade and ranking?
- Please specify your hometown exactly, including the city.
Graduate Trainee
We had a group interview with about 9 candidates in each group. It was a case interview that lasted for about 30 minutes or more. It was conducted in Mandarin, and we didn't do self-introductions. The interviewers didn't seem to make any judgments.
- Everyone gets a chance to voice their thoughts before the group discussion starts.
Graduate Trainee
The application process involved an online test, followed by a group interview. Then there was a single interview, and finally, a management interview where I met with 6-8 company executives. This final round took place at IFC Ⅰ and focused on my understanding of the department.
- Could you explain your comprehension of this particular department?
