Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at IndusInd Bank.
Relationship Manager
Resume screening, then a direct interview, followed by salary discussion, and finally an offer letter. It's a straightforward, not overly long or difficult process, making it easy to apply and get a response.
- Tell me about your previous job and experience.
Management Trainee
It was a campus placement with two rounds. First, there was a Group Discussion (GD). If you cleared that, you then had a Personal Interview. They wanted to see our communication skills, how we work in a team, and if we'd be a good fit for the role, just to make sure they looked at everything about the candidates.
- What are your thoughts on the industry?
- What would you do in this scenario?
Manager
The interview process had 2 rounds. The first round was focused on my current profile, the deals I've worked on, my current package, notice period, and expected salary, and the type of role offered. The second round was with an SVP who seemed to have issues with my previous company and was quite rude, taunting me. I ended up rejecting their offer.
- Can you discuss your current profile?
- What kind of deals have you worked on?
- What is your expected compensation?
