First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at IndusInd Bank.
Customer Service Manager
The interview process had 2 rounds. First one was a Group discussion and the second one was the personal interview. They asked about my background and also asked my longevity with the company. After clearing the personal interview, I was told to finish an English communication skill exam. After clearing that I got confirmation from the college saying that I got selected.
- What is your expected tenure with this company?
Customer Service Manager
It was a really long interview process, with 3 rounds that stretched out for about 2 months. There was a group discussion, then a personal interview, and finally a round with the business head. The whole thing took close to two months, and honestly, the management was pretty slow and didn't respond much.
- Tell me about your resume.
- What are your areas of interest?
Customer Service Manager
I applied through campus placements and the interview process spanned two days. It kicked off with a couple of group discussions, followed by a personal interview round. The personal round focused on how I'd handle different customer scenarios and understand their needs.
- How would you serve customers who are not based at home?
- How do you handle interactions with customers across various scenarios?
- What's your approach to understanding what a customer needs?
