The interview process had 3 stages: first a recruiter call, then a call with the supervisor, and finally a call with the supervisor's supervisor. 2 out of the 3 interviews were conducted over Microsoft Teams video. Overall, it was a good experience. The whole thing, from applying to getting the offer, took about 6 weeks.

I had a short phone interview, under 5 minutes, just to see if I qualified. It felt too short to really learn about the job or for them to assess my skills, especially since the job description mentioned people skills, personality, and customer service, which are hard to show over the phone.

It started with HR on the phone for about 30 minutes. Then I met with 3 managers and a team member for about 1 hour and 15 minutes. We discussed a case study with a couple questions that I had to do beforehand, which was pretty easy if you already know similar roles! The last interview was with 2 directors and it lasted 45 minutes. It was a really nice experience overall, and everyone was easy to talk to. They really wanted to get to know me and check if I would fit with the company. I'd suggest asking them questions about their culture too.
