It was a group interview, which was pretty fun. We all took turns answering questions and also did two tasks: one was a sales pitch, and the other was a pair activity where we had to draw a picture without seeing it. They mentioned we'd hear back for the next interview, which would be a one-on-one with the store manager. It seemed like they were interviewing a lot of people for just a few spots.

The interview process was quite straightforward. After applying online, I was invited to a group interview with numerous other candidates. During the session, we were asked about our preferred books and took part in simulated customer and employee scenarios. Our French language skills were also assessed. A useful tip is that they tend to hire a significant number of people before the holiday season.

They had us do a group interview. Everyone got a sticker with their name to wear. We all sat in a circle and took turns answering questions. Since I went last, I had more time to think. The person who got the job was really lively, confident, and had experience. I was really impressed with her.
