The interview process started with an online application, followed by a phone/video interview. Then there was an in-person group interview, and finally an in-person one-on-one. Unfortunately, the process ended prematurely when the hiring manager missed the scheduled call and was unavailable when contacted, which was followed by a generic email.

I applied for the job posting on their website and got a call back in 4 days. The first interview was with the store's General Manager and lasted about 1 hour and 15 minutes. They asked about handling underperforming staff, motivating employees, and how my previous experience relates to this role. They also inquired about my salary expectations and asked questions about Chapters, suggesting studying their mission, history, and founder's story. After that, I had a second interview with the District Manager a few days later, which was similar. I met him on a Friday and got the job offer on the following Monday.

I had to do this quick video interview thing, like five questions and I just recorded myself answering them. It was super fast and the questions were really easy. They mostly cared about my leadership and customer service background.
