Quick interview process. Was hired the same day. Professional and only the principal attended the meeting. It lasted about 45 minutes and was called the same day to start. Had a competing offer at a nearby school but I liked the discipline in the school when I visited.

It was one interview with teachers, counselors, and admin. It was generally pretty easy. They asked the typical teacher questions you find online, with the only unusual one being 'what type of cookie are you and why?' It was creative but completely unexpected.
