The process included a comprehensive SSB (Services Selection Board) evaluation, which had three main stages: Psychology tests, Group Testing, and a Personal Interview. Throughout this entire process, all your personality traits were thoroughly assessed. There was also an initial screening test where you were shown a picture and asked to write a story about it. Additionally, an OIR (Officer Intelligence Rating) test, which is essentially an IQ test, was conducted.

Day 2 involved psychology tests like TAT, WAT, SRT, and SD. Day 3 was for GTO tests including two group discussions, a group planning exercise, a progressive group task, a group obstacle race, and a command task. Day 4 also had GTO tests, featuring a half group task, individual obstacles, a lecturette, and an interview. Day 5 concluded with a conference.
