Officer
It was a 5 day process. We had a psychology test, personal interview and group testing which was done on the field. The basic test was conducted on the first day. If you qualify that, then only you are allowed to go for the testing. If you are not able to qualify on the first day, which consists of two tests, then you were sent back on the very first day without any further consideration.

Officer
The selection process, known as the SSB interview, is very structured and effective. It's designed to identify the key qualities of an 'officer' and a 'leader.' Candidates are assessed on their attributes as individuals and as team members. The process is impartial, with no discrimination based on race, caste, or religion.
