First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Indiabulls.
UX Designer
The process was pretty straightforward. It started with an HR call where they explained everything. Then there was a portfolio review and a take-home assignment. If my assignment passed, I would have had more interviews after that. Overall, it was a decent experience.

Regional Head
We had a few rounds of interviews. It started with an HR round, then a Manager Round. After that, there was an HR head round and finally a Business Head round. I had good discussions with everyone. The last two rounds went for about an hour each and we talked about the job role.

Business Development Executive
They asked me about myself and my past experience, along with some basic marketing questions. I talked about my family business background, my reasons for applying to Indiabulls, my previous work history, and my salary expectations. They also inquired about my schooling, graduation, marks, and if I had any references.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
Management Trainee - Credit
I interviewed with Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd. for their campus recruitment. They had two profiles: 1) DSA/DST SALES for marketing students and 2) MT - Credit for finance students. I applied for the MT - Credit profile. The company shared shortlisting criteria with the placement coordinator: 60%+ in 10th, 12th, and graduation, and a CGPA of 7.5+ in MBA till date. The recruitment process was on my campus on November 6th, 2017, and lasted all day. It began with a pre-placement talk about the profiles and the company. After that, students were divided into batches of 10 for a Group Discussion (GD) round. I participated in my GD with 4 panelists evaluating. Before the GD, our resumes were collected. My GD topic was the impact of GST and demonetization on the economy, with 5 minutes for preparation, 15-20 minutes for discussion, and a final minute for everyone to conclude. After the GD, results for the Personal Interview (PI) round were announced. My PI was with 2 panelists (an HR person and a finance person) and lasted about 15-20 minutes. They advised being well-versed with our CV, projects, current happenings, and internship projects. Results were announced the same day at 7:30 PM, and I was selected!
