Product Manager
The interview process was really well-organized and moved smoothly. Everything was clear and engaging. Each part flowed into the next, which helped a lot to get a good sense of what candidates were qualified for and if they'd be a good fit. Overall, it felt like a good and positive experience for everyone involved.

Product Manager
I was reached out to by a recruiter. If you've been a PM for a bit, you know PM roles vary a lot, like Growth PMs, etc. If you're not solid on A/B testing, I'd say skip Indeed. This interview is super focused on that. You gotta be able to talk about your test setup and why you did it. I found it a bit much (testing is fine, but you can test too much or the wrong stuff). I actually like A/B testing and have tons of experience. The case they gave me was about a tiny feature with barely any user impact, and we got lost in the details. I figure if this is how they interview, it's probably how they work, so not a place for me. Declined. Also, communication was pretty bad throughout.

Product Manager
I applied online via my university's career portal and then was contacted to complete an assessment with questions about metrics, math, and graphs. After that, there was a phone screen and a product challenge presented as a video. If I passed that, the next step was an onsite with 5 rounds of interviews, which felt like a lot. The interviewer seemed disengaged and uninterested, didn't try to get to know me, and just jumped into the case without clearly indicating it had started. I thought I did okay, but it was hard to tell because of how disengaged they were. I didn't make it to the final round.
