I went through 4 interviews. The manager was out for one, so I ended up talking to a director instead. Then, for the final round, I had to do another interview with that same director, which was kinda weird since we'd already talked. The final round involved getting some info beforehand and doing a roleplay phone call based on it. The roleplay itself went well, but the final interview part got stranger. The director stopped asking typical qualifying questions and started asking more personal ones, which I guess were important? They asked about the hardest thing I've ever faced in my life, which made the conversation negative, and then asked what I do personally to get ready for work, expecting me to say I meditated or did yoga. That fourth round was just an odd experience overall.

Behavioral Presentation

I had a phone screening with the recruiter. Then I progressed to an onsite interview with the hiring manager in Dublin. We talked about the platform, future plans, and how I could develop the job board area in the UK or SA as a developing market. I was told I basically had the job but they'd let me know by the end of next week which area. They were really selling it to me which felt like a warning sign, similar to my past call centre experiences, which put me off a bit. It also seemed a bit like a cult, everyone was fake happy. Since I didn't hear back, I emailed the recruiter for feedback in December 2016 but still haven't received a reply, which shows lazy recruiters and disrespect for my time. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you want to work in a sales call centre!

I chatted with the recruiter on the phone after sending in my resume. A few days later, I interviewed with a sales director using Indeed's virtual hiring tool. After another interview a few days after that, I got my offer letter. It was a really easy and chill onboarding process overall. Felt like I made the right choice.
