First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Indecomm Global Services.
Senior QA Engineer
The interview process was really fast, with 5 rounds in total: an initial HR telephonic call, a test case writing task sent via email from the client, a face-to-face technical interview, a manager's interview, and finally a client interview. I was really impressed with how quickly everything wrapped up, getting an offer within a week, especially compared to other companies like TCS, Accenture, and IBM where offers took at least a month. The HR team seemed genuinely knowledgeable about the technical skills needed, which was great. The face-to-face rounds were highly relevant and completed in one day. The manager even took me out for lunch the next day as a potential future employee.
- I had a 20-minute test where I had to write VB and Python scripts for web applications, focusing on database connections, API mapping, and reading from external data sources.
QA Tester
The interview process spanned two days and consisted of three rounds: an initial HR screening, followed by a face-to-face technical interview, and concluding with a final managerial round. The technical portion was quite thorough, aiming to assess your deep understanding of quality assurance and testing principles. The HR round, however, felt a bit challenging due to their strict stance on salary expectations.
- What are your in-depth knowledge of manual testing concepts?
- Can you provide some scenario-based questions related to testing?
QA Engineer
The interview process was a phone call where they asked me about my current role and my experience with the testing process, then the testing life cycle. After that, I spoke with the HR head to discuss salary and other details.
- Can you describe your current role and your experience with testing?
- What are your thoughts on the testing process?
- Could you explain the testing life cycle?
