Associate
The interview process is simple. They'll ask you to tell them about yourself and your previous work experience. English fluency is a must. They need to know if you're okay with working night shifts. Also, they'll inquire about your education. Working from the office is mandatory.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Tell me about your experience in your previous job.
- Are you comfortable with night shifts?
Salesforce Service Delivery Manager
The first interview was with a technical architect and lasted about 45 minutes. We talked about project and team management, with a little bit on Salesforce Lightning. After that, HR called and said they were going to tell the VP and it sounded positive. Then, no more contact. I followed up after two weeks, and HR said they were actually looking for someone more technical, like an architect. They should have been clearer about the technical requirements before posting the job.
- What are your roles and responsibilities in project and team management?
- How do you manage teams, particularly when dealing with low-performing members?
- Can you describe situations where you would recommend using Salesforce Lightning?
QA Test Lead
It was a 5-round interview process: 1 phone interview and 4 skype interviews. The last interview was a client product interview. The process went really smoothly, and I liked that the interviewers and HR knew what they were looking for. The first round focused on technical questions and my experience. In the second round, I talked about the existing framework and how to improve it. The third round went deeper into understanding mobile testing concepts. The fourth and final round was with the product team to discuss the role and my perspective on the product.
- Can you discuss the specific challenges encountered when testing mobile applications?
- What elements comprise an automation framework, such as Appium and Watir?
- Tell me about your familiarity with the product and the relevant domain.
Software Developer
Applied through a job portal, got shortlisted, and then went for a face-to-face interview within 2 days. The HR initially agreed to a 30% hike and confirmed it post-interview, then asked for documents. However, a different HR called before the offer letter was released to renegotiate for only an 8-10% hike. It felt like a complete waste of time. When I inquired, she just apologized. Highly unprofessional practices. DO NOT ATTEND THIS INTERVIEW.
- Can you reverse the words in a given string?
- How would you insert a new node into a linked list?
- Perform some basic pointer calculations.
