The interview process included an initial HR screening, followed by a technical assessment. Then, there was a technical interview with the manager and a final round with senior management. I put a lot of effort into the interview, but suddenly they informed me that the job position was on hold. It felt like a total waste of time as they weren't sure if they needed resources or not. Don't waste your time on these interviews; there's no clear strategy.

I had high hopes for this position. It was five interviews total (recruiter, supervisor, team member, and then two technical interviews with the VP of Strategy and Analytics, and the Senior Director of Community Enablement). I enjoyed meeting with everyone; they were smart, articulate, and enthusiastic about the company. Communication was great until ... I finished interviewing and then crickets. They kept putting me off, week by week: we're still interviewing candidates, we'll have a decision by the end of next week, and then the end of the following week, and now it's been five weeks and nothing. Every time I've inquired about where things stand, I hear "we'll get back in touch soon, thanks for your patience," but then nothing. I've stopped contacting them at this point. The amount of time I spent prepping for interviews was significant. I really wanted the job. But the fact that I've been strung along and can't even get a simple rejection or solid update is unprofessional. I did five interviews but no one can take a minute to send me an email? I wish people would remember what it's like to interview for a job and then maybe there would be some honesty, transparency, and just a basic level of respect. I was hoping they were different, but they turned out to be just like all the other companies who think ghosting candidates is acceptable. It's not.

The recruiter hit me up on LinkedIn, and we did a phone interview. Then there were three more phone interviews. They finally set up an in-person interview at a WeWork. They really drilled me on who I'd go after for clients and how I'd pitch this service to people in capital markets. After grilling me for like 3 hours, they ghosted me completely. No 'thanks for coming in,' no 'we're not moving forward,' NOTHING. I emailed them twice and got zero response. Super unprofessional. I've been in this game 20+ years and never had this happen, where they waste so much of your time and then can't even be bothered to reply. Makes you wonder how they treat their actual customers. Total sham company, seems like they just want to get bought out. Don't bother with these guys. Heard from others in the industry that this place is a joke and they're just trying to rack up clients to sell the company.

I had three interviews on Zoom in total. First, there was a screening interview where they asked me about myself, my background, and my grasp of the role, along with some standard interview questions. Since I did well, I moved on to the final interviews with the Senior VP for EMEA and the Business Manager. They asked general questions and also addressed my questions about the company and the role. This interview was definitely aimed at someone new to this kind of position.
